Travelchacha.Com is tucked away in Wazirpur at J/ Iii 249. We’re actually part of Culture Holidays India Pvt Ltd, but around here, everyone just knows the office by the shorter name. Ashok Vihar is a nice area, though the parking can be a real headache some days if you arrive after ten in the morning. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking flight schedules on the screen. It gets quite noisy when three or four of us are talking to customers at once. We handle all sorts of travel stuff, from local train tickets to those big international trips people save up for. The coffee machine in the corner is older than some of the staff, but it still makes a decent cup when it feels like working. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us because their cousin or neighbor used us before. Our office isn't a showroom; it's a place where we sit and figure out routes and prices.
