Our office is at Q-59 in the Old Double Storey section of Lajpat Nagar 4. It is right in the middle of a very lively part of New Delhi. If you have been to Lajpat Nagar, you know there is always a lot of noise and movement. Our space is tucked into one of those older buildings that has been around for decades. It is a small, practical office where we focus on travel arrangements. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look up their information. The floor is a bit worn from all the foot traffic over the years. We spend a lot of time dealing with various travel documents and trying to make sense of changing schedules. It is a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything. We do not have any big corporate signs or fancy lighting. It is just a place where work gets done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it is in this neighborhood. We know the other shop owners nearby and usually get our tea from the stall just down the street. We do not try to act like a big company. We are just a local travel desk helping people get from one place to another. It is a busy, cramped, and honest way to spend the work day without any unnecessary fluff.
