Travel

We've been operating out of New Delhi for a while now. The office is right here in the 110 059 area. It's not a big fancy place, just a small setup where we handle travel arrangements. People usually come in or call when they need to get somewhere and aren't sure about the train or flight timings. We spend most of the day looking at schedules on the computer. It gets busy during the holidays, but that's how it goes. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers pile up on the desks. We've seen a lot of changes in how people book trips lately. Mostly, we just help neighbors and folks from around the city figure out their plans. It's practical work. We know the routes and the little details that make a trip easier. If you're looking for us, we're in the neighborhood, easy to find if you know the streets. There's usually someone here from morning until the evening. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the business. We focus on getting the tickets right and making sure the dates work out for everyone. It’s a bit noisy outside sometimes with the Delhi traffic, but we get used to it. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
