You can find Travel Trails at A-138/1 in Roubal House, which is right on Street No. 3 in Shakarpur. New Delhi is a huge city, and Shakarpur is one of those places that always feels crowded and full of life. We’ve been operating out of this small office for a good amount of time now. It’s not a flashy place with big signs or anything like that. It’s just a room where we sit and handle travel stuff for whoever comes in. The street outside can get pretty narrow, and sometimes the bikes parked everywhere make it hard to walk, but that’s just how Shakarpur is. We started this because we knew a bit about getting around, and it turned into a regular job for us. We deal with trains, buses, and whatever else people need to get from one place to another. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just use the computers and talk to the people who walk through the door. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We don’t have a big mission or a fancy philosophy. We just help with tickets and routes because that’s what we know how to do. Being in Roubal House feels like home to us after all these years. It’s a practical spot for a local business, and we’re happy just staying tucked away here in the neighborhood.
