Travel Spirit International

We run Travel Spirit International out of House No. - C-43 in Jitar Nagar. It's right near Gagan Vihar, which most folks around East Delhi know as the Preet Vihar area. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now. The office is basically just a house we converted so we could have enough space for the phones and the desks. It’s not a fancy storefront with posters in the window. We mostly spend our time talking to people about where they want to go and trying to get all the paperwork sorted out. Dealing with travel means a lot of phone calls and checking schedules over and over. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking doesn't go through right away, so we have to sit and wait. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but it’s a decent place to work. Being in East Delhi means we’re close to home for most of the staff. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just know how to get things done because we’ve done it so many times. If a customer calls with a problem, one of us just picks up and tries to figure it out. It’s a lot of routine work, really. Just keeping track of tickets and cars and hotels. We stay busy enough that the days go by pretty fast. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way.
