Our place is located in Pandav Nagar, specifically at S-103 in the Patpar Ganj area. If you know the Mother Dairy nearby, you basically know where we are. That dairy is a great landmark because everyone uses it for directions. The office is right there in the thick of it. We’ve got the mobile number 9811371651 on the desk and the landline 011-22485547 rings quite a bit. It is a typical New Delhi neighborhood vibe. There is always something going on outside, usually a lot of traffic or people walking to get their milk. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of staff. It is just a small team here. The office is functional. We have our files, some old maps on the wall, and the computers we use all day. Sometimes the room feels a bit cramped when we have a few visitors at once, but we make it work. We don't spend much time worrying about how the walls look or having fancy decorations. Focusing on getting the bookings and travel plans sorted out for whoever calls or walks in is what matters. This has been our home base for a long time. The residential area around us means it is a mix of homes and small shops. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and the street gets a bit quieter. It is just a normal, hardworking spot in a busy part of the city for us.
