Travel Spirit International is based out of F12 in Vijay Nagar, right near the North Campus in Delhi. It’s a busy area with all the students and university energy around. We’ve been in this little office for a good number of years. It’s mostly filled with stacks of papers, maps, and a couple of old computers that somehow still keep running. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. If you come in, you’ll probably have to move a chair to sit down. We spend our days looking at routes and trying to figure out train or flight timings for people. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in notebooks. We aren't trying to be the biggest travel company in the world. We just know the North Campus area and we know how to get people from one place to another. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to apologize to the folks waiting. It’s just how it is. We don't have any shiny posters or corporate slogans on the walls. Just some calendars and maybe a dusty globe. We’re just a small team trying to make a living by helping people travel. It’s straightforward work. We show up at the office, drink some tea, and get to the bookings. It’s been our routine for a long time now. We just handle the tickets and try to keep everyone's travel plans from falling apart.
