Travel Solutions

We are over in Kidwai Nagar East, at B 153. It’s a pretty central spot in New Delhi 110023. Travel Solutions is what we call ourselves, and we’ve been operating out of this building for some time now. It’s not a big corporate park or a shiny tower. It’s just a regular building where we have our office. We spend the day looking at schedules, checking prices, and making sure people can get their trips sorted without getting too stressed out. The area around here is nice, a bit quieter than some other parts of Delhi, which helps when we need to concentrate on the details. We don't have a lot of staff, just enough to make sure someone is always there to pick up the phone. We don't use any fancy software that promises the world. We just use what works and talk to people like they are our neighbors. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but we manage. People come to us when they are tired of trying to figure out travel stuff on their own. We just sit down, look at the options, and help them out. It’s a straightforward way of working. We’ve stayed here at B 153 because it’s a good base for us. No frills, just getting the travel work done day after day.
