Travel Relation

Travel Relation is tucked away in Defence Colony at A-315. If you know the Delhi-24 area, you know it's a nice place but can get a bit crowded with traffic on the main roads. We’ve been working out of this office for a while, handling the usual travel requests that come our way. It’s not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of staff members. It’s just a few of us sitting at desks and making phone calls. We spend a lot of time dealing with airlines and hotels so our clients don't have to deal with the stress. Sometimes things go perfectly and sometimes there's a delay, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a big marketing budget or slick advertisements. Most of the people who come to us are locals from the colony or friends of friends who heard we were here. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. It’s about getting someone a ticket or a room without making it complicated. The office has its own character, maybe a bit messy with files here and there, but we know where everything is. We don't make big promises; we just do the booking work. It’s a lot of looking at calendars and double-checking flight numbers. We’ve been in this spot long enough to know the neighborhood and what people expect when they walk through the door at A-315.
