Travel Port

We are over here at A-4/427 in Paschim Vihar, right in the heart of the neighborhood. Travel Port has been running from this spot for some time now. It’s a pretty simple office where we deal with all the travel bits people need. New Delhi is always moving fast but we try to keep a steady pace here. Usually, the day starts with checking a bunch of emails and answering the phone. It’s not a large team, just a few of us sitting at our desks making sure everything is in order. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with fancy slogans. We just focus on getting the work done. The office itself is modest, nothing too flashy, which is how we like it. Most of our day is spent looking at flight schedules and trying to sort out itineraries for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the street outside gets really noisy with all the traffic, but you get used to it after a while. We know the local area well and most of our neighbors know where to find us. It feels good to be part of the community here. We don't have some grand philosophy about travel, we just know it’s something people need help with. It’s practical work. We use regular computers, drink a lot of tea, and try to make sure we don't miss any details. That is pretty much who we are and what we do every day. There are no fancy uniforms or scripts, just us helping out.
