Travel Port (Ebookers)

Travel Port operates out of Malviya Nagar in New Delhi, specifically at T24. We are one of those small travel offices that you find tucked away in the neighborhood. We handle things for Ebookers and general travel needs for people living around here or anyone who finds our number. The office is pretty straightforward, just a place with some computers and chairs where we spend the day looking at flight prices and hotel options. We aren’t a giant company with hundreds of employees, so it’s usually just a few of us sitting here. Malviya Nagar is a lively place, so there’s always people coming and going nearby. We spend a lot of time on the computer, which can be tiring, but it’s what the job is. People come in asking about trips or wanting help with their tickets when they get stuck online. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones won't stop ringing, but we just take it one task at a time. It’s a local business vibe through and through. We’ve been at this location for some time now, and most of the locals know where to find us if they need to discuss a trip face to face instead of just doing it all on their phones. We keep things moving and help out however we can with the tickets.
