We've been around Ber Sarai for a while now, right near IIT. It's a busy spot but we like it here. People come in to the office at number 13 when they need help getting their trips sorted out. Most of the time we're just handling tickets or looking at train schedules and flight timings on the computer. It gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons, but we manage to keep things moving. My desk is usually covered in papers and sticky notes. New Delhi is a big place to navigate, so having a physical office where you can just sit down and talk is helpful. We don't do anything fancy, just the regular stuff you'd expect from a travel place. Sometimes the internet is slow, which is annoying, but we get the job done eventually. It’s mostly just us chatting with locals and students from the nearby campus who are heading home or going on a break. We know the area well and have seen it change over the years. If you're walking past the IIT gate, we aren't far. It's just a regular office with a couple of chairs for visitors. We try to keep things straightforward. No big promises or complicated packages, just helping people get from one place to another without too much stress. It is not always perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them quickly for our neighbors.
