Our office is located inside the Jain Textiles building in Laxmi Nagar. It's on Gurudwara Road, so it's quite easy to find if you know the area. We handle a mix of travel bookings and cargo stuff here. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze because we share space or are right next to the textile business. There are always rolls of fabric or boxes of documents moving around. It gets a bit chaotic during the peak season when everyone wants to fly or ship something at the same time. We have a few computers and a lot of phone lines. Sometimes the noise from the street is loud, but you get used to it. We aren't some big fancy travel agency with posters everywhere. It's more of a functional space where we get things processed. We spend our days looking at routes and weight limits for cargo. It’s practical work. Sometimes there are delays with shipments or flights, and we have to spend hours on the phone fixing it. We just do our best to keep things moving. The staff here are local people who know the Delhi roads well. We don't use big words or fancy talk. We just tell you how it is. It's a busy little corner in Ramesh Park. We’ve been here for years, just managing the tickets and the crates. It keeps us on our toes most days. Just a normal local business doing its thing for anyone who stops by.
