You’ll find us at A-11 in the DTC Colony, which is over in Rana Pratap Bagh, Delhi. It’s an older part of the city and has a very specific feel to it. The colony itself is quite lived-in, and being here makes us feel like we’re part of the local community. Our office isn’t in a high-rise; it’s just a regular building among others. We handle travel arrangements and all the paperwork that goes along with that. Most of our day is spent looking at screens, talking to people about their plans, and trying to fix issues that pop up. It can be a bit chaotic at times, especially when travel schedules change suddenly, but we just take it as it comes. We don't have any polished scripts or corporate guidelines for how we talk to people. We just use everyday English and try to be honest about what’s possible. The office is a bit cluttered with maps, brochures, and old files, but we know where everything is. Rana Pratap Bagh is a busy area, and we like the energy of it. Sometimes we walk over to the local stalls for a quick snack during the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just want to do our jobs and help people get where they need to go. It’s a simple, straightforward way of working that suits us just fine.
