We have been here in Sant Nagar Extension for a while now. Most people know us from the Tilak Nagar area. It started out small, just a desk and a couple of phones, helping neighbors book trains and the occasional flight. Dealing with all the paperwork for visas and tickets takes up most of our day. It’s busy, and the office gets a bit crowded sometimes with people coming in to check their itineraries. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the phone rings non-stop. Traveling is a lot more complicated than it used to be, especially with all the new rules. People come in worried about their bookings or asking where is a good place to go for a short holiday. We just sit down with them and look at what’s available. It is not always easy to find the cheapest rates, but we spend the time looking. The office is at G-40, and you can usually find one of us here from morning until late evening. We handle a lot of local stuff, but also people going further away. It’s a lot of staring at computer screens and making calls to airlines. We don’t do anything fancy, just the basic travel stuff that people need help with. It’s nice seeing people come back after their trips to tell us how it went. Most of our regulars are from right around here in Delhi. It keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast.
