Travel Guru

Travel Guru isn't some big call center. It's really just a few of us working out of A-203 Smriti Apartment at Plot No.46 in Sector-56. Gurgaon is a busy place, but our little corner is usually quiet. We started this because we liked planning trips for our own families and figured we could help others do it too. We spend most of our day on the phone or looking at train and flight schedules. The office is basically a room with some desks and a coffee machine that works half the time. We don't have those big glass walls you see in Cyber City. It’s more personal here. If someone calls us, they usually talk to the same person every time. We help with tickets and hotel bookings, mostly for people living around Sector-56. It's a lot of work keeping track of all the changes in travel rules lately. We don't do those fancy packages with hidden costs. We just tell you what the price is and book it for you. Sometimes we stay late when a client has a flight issue in the middle of the night. That’s just part of the job. You can find us at the Smriti Apartment building easily. It is a residential area, so it feels more like visiting a neighbor than going to a business meeting. We’ve been here for a while now and most of our customers come through word of mouth.
