Travel Guru

We are based out in Rohini, Delhi. It’s a big area and there is always something going on here. Travel Guru isn’t one of those massive corporations with a skyscraper office. We’re just a local team in the neighborhood helping people figure out where they want to go. Whether it’s a bus up to the mountains or a flight to somewhere new, we take care of the bits and pieces that usually give people a headache. Our office is pretty basic. We’ve got a few desks, some maps on the wall, and we usually have the radio or some music playing. We don’t use those scripted lines you get from big call centers. If we think a hotel is not worth the money, we’ll just tell you. We’ve lived and worked in Delhi for a long time, so we know how things really work. Rohini is a good place for us because we get to meet all sorts of people from the local community. Some days we are just chasing down refunds or fixing names on tickets. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the job. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure you get your tickets and don’t have any trouble when you’re traveling. It’s just us doing our work, keeping it simple and honest for anyone who stops by. We’ve been at this for years and we know the ropes pretty well.
