Travel Guru

Travel Guru is our little office over in Pandav Nagar at F-261. We are up on the second floor, which keeps us away from some of the street noise, though you can still hear the bikes and cars outside. Pandav Nagar is a busy part of New Delhi, and we have been here for a good amount of time now. We aren't fancy gurus with all the answers, but we know how to book a trip and find a price that works for a train or a flight. It’s a small space, just enough for our desks and a place for people to sit while we look things up. We don't use any of that corporate talk about destinations or journeys. We just talk about where you need to go and how much it’s going to cost. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we just sit and drink tea while we wait for the next person to walk in. We like it that way. It’s a local business through and through. We know most of the people who come in from the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on being honest with people. If a flight is going to be a mistake or a hassle, we tell them straight. We just try to be practical and help out our neighbors with their travel plans whenever they need us. It’s what we do and we’ve been doing it a while.
