Travel Express

Travel Express is located in Jangpura Extension, which is a nice and relatively quiet part of the city compared to the main hubs. We have our office set up there and it has been our home base for a long time. The office itself is simple with just the basic things we need like phones, some desks, and a few cupboards for the files. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are mostly busy with the work at hand. We handle a lot of regular clients who have been coming to us for years to get their travel sorted. It might be a flight or just a car to the airport, but we treat every request the same way. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to airlines or transport providers to see what the current rates are. There is a lot of back and forth involved in this job. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when it is the holiday season, but we eventually get everything sorted out. We just try to be honest about what is available and what isn't. It is a small business and we like the personal feel of working in a neighborhood like Jangpura Extension where you recognize the people passing by your window every day.
