We have been here at 217, Dda Flats in Dilshad Ext. for a while now. Delhi -95 is where we do all our work. It is mostly just a bunch of desks and some phones. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking flights or looking at bus schedules for people. Sometimes the internet is slow and it gets a bit frustrating but we manage. People come in from the neighborhood mostly. They want to go somewhere and we try to find a way for them to get there without too much trouble. It is not a very big place. There are files everywhere and the tea guy comes by twice a day. We deal with trains, cars, and planes. Most days are busy with paperwork and answering the same questions about dates and prices. We keep a stack of maps in the corner even though everyone uses their phones now. It just feels right to have them. Some mornings start early because someone has a 6 AM flight and they need a last minute change. We just handle it and move to the next thing. It is regular work. We like being in this part of Delhi because it is quiet enough to get things done but close to the main roads. If you walk past the flats you will see our sign. It is a bit faded from the sun but we haven't changed it yet.
