Travel Cunsultanat

We sit here in Shakarpur, right near the School Block. The office is at S548. Shahab Kamal started this because people around Delhi kept asking where to go for their trips. It’s not fancy at all. We have some desks and a couple of old chairs that have been here forever. Most days, it's just us answering phones and looking at bus routes or train tickets on the computer screens. The traffic outside in Delhi 110092 can get really loud and chaotic, but we stay busy inside our little space. We don't have a big glossy brochure or any of that marketing stuff. It’s just honest advice for folks who want to move around the country. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we just talk to people and write things down on paper. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the neighbors all know us by name. We handle a lot of different travel stuff, from small local trips to things much further away. It’s a job, but it’s interesting to see where everyone is going. If you come by to visit, it might take a minute to find the door because of how the block is laid out. We just do what needs doing every day. There isn't any big corporate philosophy or mission here. We just try to get the dates right and make sure people know which platform their train leaves from. Life in Delhi moves fast, and we just try to keep up with the bookings.
