Our place is located at 129-A, Type Iv Vidyut Vihar in the Sarai Kale Khan area. It’s a bit of a residential setup, as it’s a Resi address. We’ve been here in New Delhi-110 014 for some time now. We help people figure out where they’re going and how they’re going to get there. It’s all about travel. Some people want to go across the country, and others are looking to go abroad. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer looking up flights and trains. The office isn't anything like those big glass buildings you see downtown. It’s a more relaxed environment here. Sarai Kale Khan is always busy because of the big bus terminal nearby, so there is constant movement. We hear the buses and the traffic all day long. Sometimes people just drop by to ask questions about tickets, and we do what we can to help them out. It’s a lot of tracking schedules and trying to find the cheapest options for folks. We have maps on the walls and a lot of old brochures that probably need updating. It’s just a few of us working together. We don't have fancy uniforms or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of travel talk. We keep it simple and just try to get people where they need to go without too much trouble. It's just travel work.
