We are on the second floor of Wa-162 in Shakarpur. If you know the area, it is pretty crowded with a lot of small businesses and shops. We have been doing travel stuff for quite a while now. It is mostly about booking tickets and figuring out routes for people. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but once you are inside, it is just a normal office. We spend a lot of time on the phones and the computers. Shakarpur is a busy place, always a lot of noise from the street below. We aren't some giant call center; we are just here in East Delhi. Sometimes people come in confused about their plans, and we try to straighten it out. It is a lot of checking dates and prices. We don't use any fancy software that promises the world, just the regular stuff. The tea stall downstairs is where we get our breaks. It is a simple life. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the tickets are right. It gets a bit chaotic during the holiday seasons, but that's expected in this line of work. We have been in this building for years. Most of the other tenants know us by now. It is just a regular day-to-day operation in a busy part of town. We stay here until the work is done, usually late when things are really moving and the phones won't stop ringing.
