Travel Company

Our small office sits at 465, Shiv Nagar, right in the mix of things in New Delhi. It is a bit of a tight squeeze, honestly. The street outside is narrow, and there’s always someone honking or a vendor calling out. We have a couple of desks and some old chairs for people to sit on while we look up train times or flight prices on the computer. The walls are mostly bare, except for maybe a calendar and some notes taped up near the phone. We don't have a big sign out front, just enough for folks in the neighborhood to know where we are. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep a small fan running that rattles a little bit. People from the area stop by to ask about ticket prices or just to say hello. We spend most of the day on the phone or clicking through websites to find deals. It is a simple business. We don't use any fancy software, just what works. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit, which gives us time to chat with whoever is in the shop. Shiv Nagar is a crowded place, and our office at number 465 is just one of many small businesses along the row. We aren't trying to change the world; we just help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It is honest work and we stay pretty busy with the phones and paperwork.
