You can find us on Thakur Baba Road, which is right near the Thakur Baba Temple in Dabra. It is a very easy landmark to find if you are in the Gwalior district. Being so close to the temple means we hear the bells and the prayers every morning and evening. It gives the street a certain kind of feeling that we’ve grown to like. We mainly help people with their travel needs, like booking a bus to Gwalior or a train ticket to somewhere further away. The office is quite small and the walls are a bit dusty from the road outside, but we have a fan that keeps us cool enough. We don't have a website that does everything; most people just walk in and talk to us across the wooden counter. We use a lot of paper and pens to keep track of everything. The people in Dabra are mostly our neighbors, so we know who is traveling where and why. It is a slow kind of business most of the time, except for when there is a festival at the temple. Then the whole road gets packed with people. We just sit here and do our work, checking the schedules and making sure the pin code 475110 gets their bookings right too. It is just a regular travel shop and we’ve been here for years, just doing our thing near the temple. We close up when the sun goes down.
