Our place is at D-184 in Patel Garden, right near Kakrola More in Uttam Nagar. It’s a lively part of New Delhi with lots of people moving around. We operate as a travel agency, helping folks figure out their trips and vacations. The office isn't huge, but it has everything we need to get the job done. We have a few computers and some chairs for people to sit while we look up flights or train routes. Most of our day is spent comparing prices and checking availability. It can be frustrating when the websites are slow, but we just keep at it. We’ve been in Uttam Nagar for a good while, so we know what our local customers are looking for. We don’t try to sell people on things they don’t need. If a flight is too expensive, we tell them. It’s a very hands-on job. We answer a lot of emails and take calls from people who are worried about their bookings. The team here is small and we all pitch in with everything. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the piles of itineraries. It’s just a regular office in a busy neighborhood. We like being part of the community here. We don't have any fancy marketing people; we just talk to people like they are our neighbors because they usually are.
