Travel Chacha.Com is a small agency that we run from Outrum Lane in Delhi. It is not a very big office, just a couple of rooms where we have set up our computers and phones. Outrum Lane is always busy with students from the nearby university area, so there is a lot of life outside our windows. We have been working here for a few years now. We spend most of our day looking at travel schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people. It is not as exciting as it sounds, mostly just a lot of clicking and waiting for websites to load. We don't have any big posters or glowing signs. The office is pretty plain with just some old calendars on the walls. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. When someone comes in, we just sit down with them and look at the screen together. We know a lot about the different buses and trains because we use them ourselves. We are just regular people who know a thing or two about getting around. Sometimes the phone rings all day and we get a bit behind, but we eventually get to everyone. We don't have a big corporate structure or managers watching over us. It is just us doing our best to help folks plan their trips without any unnecessary fuss or complicated talk. We like being on Outrum Lane and seeing the familiar faces of the neighborhood every morning.
