Travel Chacha .Com ( Delhi )

This is House No. 456 in Paul Prahladpur. It’s where we run the travel business from. It’s a bit of a mix because we have the website, but we are physically right here in this house. People call us up wanting to know about packages or how to get a good deal on a flight. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, just like everyone else these days. The house gets a bit noisy sometimes because it’s a residential area and there are kids playing outside or neighbors talking. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a big sign. It’s more of a home-grown operation. We try to keep the itineraries organized so people don't get lost when they go on their trips. Prahladpur is a bit out of the way for some, but we like it here. It’s honest work. Sometimes we stay up late because a client is in a different time zone and needs help with a booking. We don’t have fancy uniforms or corporate manuals. We just know how to find our way around the travel sites and we use that to help folks out. It’s been a few years now and we’ve built up a decent rhythm. We just take things one booking at a time and try to keep the paperwork straight.
