We are based out of J2/36A Dda Flats in Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019. It is one of those typical DDA apartment blocks where everything looks a bit the same. Our office is inside one of the units. It is quite cramped because we have a lot of computers and printers for all the travel documents. We spend most of the day looking at flights and hotel bookings on our screens. The neighborhood is very busy. There is a lot of traffic on the main Kalkaji roads, but inside the flats, it is a little bit more tucked away. We have been at this address for several years. The walls are painted a pale color and we have some maps pinned up here and there. We don't have a big storefront where people walk in off the street. Most of our business is done online or over the phone. It gets a bit hot in the summer because the sun hits the front windows directly. We just keep the curtains drawn and the fans going. There is a small market nearby where we go to get samosas in the evening. It is just a group of us working hard to keep the bookings straight. It is a very straightforward operation without any big bells or whistles. We keep the files organized and make sure every ticket is printed correctly.
