You can find us over in Pandav Nagar at J 42A. We are right near the Mother Dairy, which is the easiest way to explain where we are. If you tell a rickshaw driver to go to the Mother Dairy in Pandav Nagar, you are almost there. We’ve been in this little shop for a long time. It’s a local travel and tourism business. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a couple of us here with our desks and some posters on the walls. People stop by on their way to get milk or groceries. They ask about bus fares or train timings. We do a lot of the booking work right here. It’s a busy neighborhood and it gets quite loud during the day. We don't mind it much. We have a small fan that keeps us cool in the summer. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people get from one place to another. Sometimes the computers are slow, and we just have to have a chat while we wait. We’ve seen the area change a lot since we started. There are more shops now. We stay consistent in our little spot. It’s a simple life. We work through the pile of requests every day. Most of our customers are our neighbors. We just provide a local service for anyone looking to travel.
