You can find us over at Rzf-765/25 in Rajnager-Ii, which is a part of the Palam Colony area. Being so close to the airport means we see a lot of people who are always in a big hurry to get somewhere. Our office is just a small room where we keep all our paper records and a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing. It’s not exactly a glamorous job, but it is what we do for a living. We help people figure out where they need to go and how to get there without spending more than they have to. Sometimes it’s a real struggle to find the right train ticket or a hotel that isn't already fully booked for the season. We spend a lot of time staring at computer screens and waiting for travel pages to load. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the old ceiling fan makes a clicking noise if you turn it up too high, but we’ve all gotten used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything fancy like that. People usually find us because they live in the neighborhood or someone they know told them about our little spot in New Delhi-45. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. If a trip is going to be difficult or expensive, we tell them straight.
