Travel Agency

Our little shop is right in the heart of Paharganj, specifically at 14-15 Sangtarasha Gali. If you know Paharganj, you know how busy and chaotic it can be. There are tourists, rickshaws, and cows all sharing the same narrow lanes. Our travel agency is tucked away in one of those alleys. It’s not a big, shiny office with glass windows. It’s a small room filled with maps, dusty brochures, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend our days talking to people who want to go somewhere else, whether it's a train ticket to Jaipur or a flight across the country. We know the area like the back of our hand. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but the energy stays the same. We don’t use fancy scripts when we talk to customers. We just tell them what we know and try to find the best way for them to get where they need to go. Sometimes the internet is slow or the street outside is too noisy to hear the phone, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi. We just want to be the one people can actually talk to without feeling like they are being sold something. It’s just us here, doing what we do every day in this crowded, lively corner of the city.
