Travel Agency

We are based in West Patel Nagar, right in the middle of Delhi 110008. The name is just Travel Agency, nothing fancy or complicated. We’ve been sitting in this same spot for years, helping folks figure out where they need to go. Most of our days are spent looking at screens and talking on the phone to people who want to visit family or take a trip somewhere new. It’s a small office with a couple of desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Some of them are getting a bit faded from the sun. The street outside is always crowded, and you can hear the horns honking all afternoon. People walk in off the street asking about train times or bus fares. We try to keep track of everything, but it can be a lot when it’s busy season. My cousin used to work here too, but now it’s just us. We drink a lot of chai while we work. It’s a simple business. We don’t have a website that does everything for you; we prefer talking to people face to face. It feels more real that way. Sometimes we stay late when someone has a problem with their booking. That’s just part of the job in West Patel Nagar. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around here. It’s our home. We have lived here since we were kids, so we know every corner.
