Travel Agency

Our small travel agency is based in Vikaspuri at DG-III/51. This is a residential and commercial mix of an area in New Delhi, so we see a lot of local neighbors coming in. We’ve got desks set up for planning trips and sorting out tickets. It’s not a huge office, just a room where we keep the brochures and computers. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking flight schedules online. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, and most people in the block know where we are. It’s a simple setup with a few chairs for visitors to sit while we look up prices. The walls have some old posters on them, and there’s always a bit of tea being made in the back. Vikaspuri can be a bit noisy with the market nearby, but it makes the day go by fast. We don't do anything too complicated, just help people figure out how to get from one place to another. Whether it’s a train ticket or a flight, we just sit here and work through the bookings one by one. It’s a local business, and we like the rhythm of the neighborhood. People often drop by just to ask a quick question about passports or visas. We just do our best to help them out without any stress.
