Travel Agency

We run a small travel agency out of our office at XV-4675 in New Delhi. The 110055 area is pretty central, so we get people stopping by all the time. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us sitting at desks with our computers and phones. We help people figure out how to get from one place to another. Whether it is a train ticket or a flight, we just look up the prices and book it for them. It can be a bit chaotic with all the different schedules and changes, but we manage. We have been in this spot for a while, so the locals know where to find us. The office is tucked away, not very flashy at all. We just have some maps on the wall and chairs for people to sit while we talk. People come in asking about prices to go visit family or maybe a quick trip somewhere. We don't do those big fancy vacation packages you see on TV. We just do the basic booking work. It is a lot of typing and checking dates. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to ask people to wait a minute. That’s just part of the job. We try to be helpful and honest about what is available. It is a steady way to make a living. We have seen a lot of people come and go over the years. We just keep doing our thing.
