The office is at 906, 7-Ext in Gurgaon. This part of Gurgaon is always under construction or has some kind of roadwork going on. Our place is in one of the commercial blocks. We are a transport company, so the office is always full of people talking about routes and delivery times. It’s a lot of coordination between different cities. We have computers and phones that never seem to stop. The desks are covered in notebooks and maps. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters; it’s a working office where things actually get done. We don't have any of those fancy slogans on the wall. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait, or the traffic in Gurgaon makes everyone late. That’s just life here. Most of the staff has been in the logistics business for a long time. We know how to handle problems when they come up. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the days are very long. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People know us because we’ve been around for so long. We just show up, manage the fleet, and make sure the goods get to where they’re supposed to go. It’s a straightforward business and we keep it that way. No need for anything more than that.
