You can find us at 27 Babar Road, right near the Bengali Market in New Delhi. It is a great area because the food around here is amazing, and there is always a lot of energy on the streets. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have some maps on the walls and desks piled with travel brochures and ticket printouts. People come in looking to go all over the place, and we sit down with them to figure out the best way to get there. It’s a lot of looking at screens and comparing prices. We don't use any high-tech systems, just the regular stuff that works. The phone rings quite a bit, mostly people asking about visas or flight changes. We’ve been in this spot for years, so we know the neighbors well. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of ink right when we are busy, but we just laugh it off and fix it. It is a very local feel here. We don't wear suits or act like we are in a big boardroom. We just talk to people like regular neighbors. Dealing with travel can be stressful for some folks, so we try to keep the atmosphere in the office calm. There’s usually a stack of newspapers on the table and some half-empty tea cups. It is just a normal, working travel office in the heart of the city.
