Transformez

You can find us at C-143 in Lal Bagh, which is part of Loni in Ghaziabad. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. The neighborhood is mostly residential with some small shops tucked in between the houses. Our space is pretty simple. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything fancy like that. It’s just a place where we get together and work on our stuff. Transformez is what we call ourselves, but to the neighbors, we’re just the people in the C-143 building. The rooms are a bit small, but they fit our desks and the few pieces of equipment we need. Sometimes the power goes out in Loni, and we just sit around and wait for it to come back on, maybe grab a tea from the stall around the corner. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions for us. We just do the work we know how to do. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Ghaziabad traffic, but once we’re inside, it’s quiet enough to focus. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the street change a bit, but our routine stays mostly the same. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized as much as we can. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a place where things get done.
