Our office is on the ground floor at 2/16 in Malviya Nagar. It’s a good spot because being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to find us without having to wander around. Malviya Nagar is always bustling, and there is always something going on just outside our door. We handle things like money transfers and travel services, so we see quite a few people coming in and out during the day. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a counter, some chairs for people to wait in, and a couple of desks in the back for the paperwork. It’s not a big corporate headquarters; it’s just a local branch where we try to keep things organized. The walls are mostly bare, and the lighting is just those standard fluorescent tubes. We spend a lot of time checking IDs and filling out forms. It can get a bit stressful when there’s a long line, but we just take it one person at a time. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just do the transactions and make sure the numbers add up at the end of the shift. Most of us have lived in New Delhi our whole lives, so we’re used to the pace here. It’s just a regular job in a busy part of the city, and we try to be as helpful as we can. We usually lock up and head home once the main market starts to get really loud.
