You can find us at N 34 on the ground floor in Kirti Nagar. Being on the ground floor is actually really handy because we don't have to deal with elevators or stairs when we are moving things in and out. Kirti Nagar is a pretty active part of New Delhi, and there are always trucks or vans moving around nearby. Our space is simple—just some desks, a lot of filing cabinets, and the usual office stuff. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the IATA side of things, so there are always stacks of documents that need sorting. It’s not a place with shiny marble floors or anything like that. We have some old chairs that are comfortable enough and a clock that’s usually a few minutes fast. We spend our day answering the phone and typing out details. The ground floor can get a bit dusty when the wind blows from the main road, but we keep the door shut most of the time. It’s a straightforward place where we just get the job done. We’ve known the other people on the street for years, so it feels like a little community. We just show up in the morning, do the tasks on the list, and go home when the work is finished. It’s honest work in a busy area, and we try to keep things as organized as possible.
