Trans Global Tours & Travels is run by Rashmi Negi at P.No. 43, Chhawla Ext. on Kangan Heri Road in New Delhi-71. It is a small travel setup located in the Chhawla area. This part of Delhi feels a bit more open than the crowded city center. We operate from this plot number and it is a very local business. We do not have a big corporate office with hundreds of employees. It is just a small space where we sit and figure out travel routes and tour packages for people. Kangan Heri Road can get quite busy with local traffic, but we are used to it. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or people from the nearby colonies. We do not bother with fancy advertising or polished slogans. We just talk to people about where they want to go and try to help them out. Rashmi is usually around to handle things personally. Working in travel involves a lot of waiting on hold and checking details on a screen. We have been doing this for a while and we know the ins and outs of the business. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things go wrong with bookings, but we just try to fix it and move on. It is an honest, small-scale operation. We are just a local spot in Chhawla trying to make travel a bit easier for everyone who walks through our door.
