Trans Continental E Services(Jet Airways Reservation)

We are tucked away in Printers Apartment, over in Sector-13 of Rohini. It's a quiet residential area mostly, away from the main road. Our office is in A3/303. We deal with Trans Continental E Services, specifically focusing on Jet Airways reservations. It's a lot of computer work and phone calls. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's dead silent for hours. We've got a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time. It feels more like a house than an office because of where we are located in the building. We take our breaks on the balcony sometimes when the weather is nice. Rohini is a big place, but this corner is pretty calm compared to the markets. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or if they need help with their flights. The apartment complex is easy to find if you know the sector. We keep the files organized, or we try to at least. It gets messy when things get busy during the holiday seasons. We aren't some giant call center. Just a few desks and people trying to help with travel stuff. Sometimes the internet is slow and it drives us crazy, but we get by. We’ve been here at this address for a while now. It works for what we do. No fuss.
