Trans Continental E Service Pvt Ltd(Jet Airways Back Office)

Over in Sarojini Nagar, at I-Block=216, you will find our office. It is the back office side of things. If you know Delhi, you know Sarojini is usually about the clothes market and the crowds, but we are in the quieter part doing the heavy lifting for the airline's data and records. It is a lot of computer work, checking flight schedules, and making sure the records are all where they need to be. The name on the door is Trans Continental, but everyone knows we handle the Jet Airways stuff behind the scenes. It is a big space but it feels smaller because of all the desks and piles of papers everywhere. We have people coming in shifts at all hours, so the office never really feels empty or quiet. New Delhi-110023 is a busy hub to work in. Sometimes the computers act up or the internet gets slow, and we all just have to sit there and wait for it to kick back in. It is not a glamorous job with travel perks like the flight crews get. We are the ones sitting in the chairs under the tube lights making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. Lunch usually means someone bringing in parathas from home or going out to the local stalls. We do not spend time on fancy presentations. We just get the data entered and move on to the next pile of work.
