Trainee

We are based at House Number 628 in Sector 5, New Delhi. This is where the trainees stay and work. It’s a regular house in a busy neighborhood, and we’ve set up our workspace in the main rooms. Being trainees, we are still learning a lot about how the business works, so there’s always someone asking a question or trying to figure out a new task. New Delhi is a very crowded place, and Sector 5 is no different, with people and cars everywhere. We spend most of our day at our desks, going through training manuals and helping out with whatever needs to get done. It’s a humble start for most of us, and the office reflects that. We don't have fancy furniture or expensive gadgets. We have our computers, some notebooks, and each other. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the windows open and the fans going. We usually eat lunch together, sitting on whatever chairs are free and talking about our commute on the metro. It’s a simple life of learning and working hard to get to the next level. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things we need to learn by the end of the week. It’s practical, it’s a bit messy sometimes, but it’s where we are starting our careers and it feels real.
