Trainee Tech In Goair

You can find us at the Bharat Rice Mill in Sultanpur Patti, which is in the Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand. This is where we have set up the training for the tech trainees in Goair. It’s not your typical office or classroom setting. We are right there where the work happens. The rice mill is a big, noisy place, and we have a space set aside for our technical stuff. It’s a very practical setup. We spend our time learning how engines and parts work rather than sitting through long lectures. The air often smells like grain, and the views of Uttarakhand are beautiful if you look out the window. We don't have fancy furniture or high-tech screens everywhere. Mostly, we use tools and old manuals that have been handed down. The weather here can be quite unpredictable, with heavy rains or cold winds coming off the mountains. We all just dress for the weather and get on with the day. No one here is trying to climb a corporate ladder. We are just focused on learning the skills we need. It’s a quiet, hard-working life in Sultanpur Patti. We don't have any big mission statements or marketing slogans. We just want to make sure the trainees know their stuff before they head out to the bigger airports. It’s an honest, hands-on way to learn a trade.
