Our branch is located at 15/60 Soron Katra Shahganj in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. It’s a place where we focus on travel and helping people figure out their trips. Being in Agra, we see a lot of tourists and travelers coming through looking for guidance. The office is pretty straightforward, with maps and brochures scattered around on the desks. As staff and trainees here at Travel Corporation (India), we spend a lot of time learning the ropes and figuring out how to handle bookings and itineraries. It can get a bit confusing with all the different flight schedules and hotel options, but we just take it one step at a time. We aren't a high-end luxury lounge; we are a working office where people come to get their travel plans sorted. The Shahganj area is quite busy, so there is always noise from the street outside. We try to keep things moving and help everyone who walks through the door as best as we can. Sometimes we make mistakes on a form and have to start over, but that’s how you learn the business.
