We’ve been here at Than Singh Nagar for a while now. Anand Parbat is where we keep our office, specifically on Street 11. It's a busy spot in New Delhi. Most days involve looking at train schedules or talking to people about where they want to go. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It's just a place where the phones ring and we try to get things sorted for travelers. Sometimes things get hectic, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to leave the city. We deal with a lot of paperwork. Our desks are usually covered in files. It's not a glamorous job, but we've been doing it long enough that we know the shortcuts. If you walk down the lane, you'll find us at number 230/1. We started Trailbalzer Tours India because we liked the idea of helping people see different parts of the country. It’s hard work keeping track of all the bookings and making sure the drivers are where they should be. We just try to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to get through the day's tasks without too many hiccups. People come in, ask questions, and we give them the facts about the routes. It’s a small team here in Delhi. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The landlord is okay, but the pipes sometimes leak when it rains really hard.
