We run our operations out of Room No-13 in House Number 208, which is Surjeet Singh Tokas’s place in Munirka. It is a small office in a very crowded part of New Delhi. Because we do courier work, there are almost always boxes and envelopes stacked up in the corners. Munirka is known for its narrow lanes and heavy foot traffic, so moving packages in and out can be quite a task every day. We spend most of our time weighing parcels, writing out labels by hand, and talking to the drivers who come to pick things up. This isn't a massive corporate warehouse; it’s just a room where we work to get things sent out. We know the New Delhi-67 area very well because we’ve been here for a long time. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing or a delivery gets delayed because of the weather, but we do what we can to figure out where it is. It is honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. People from the neighborhood come to us when they need to send something, and we just process the order. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a big reception area. It’s just us in Room 13, making sure that every package goes where it is supposed to go. It gets a bit chaotic when many orders arrive at once, but that is just the courier business.
