We work out of an office here in New Delhi, dealing with stuff for Track India-Air Arabia. It’s mostly about tracking flights and making sure everything is moving on time. The office is usually quite loud with phones ringing and people talking about schedules. We don't have a specific street address we use for the public much, just our spot here in Delhi. It’s a lot of looking at screens and typing in numbers. We started doing this because the travel industry is always busy and there’s always something to fix. Sometimes the systems go down and we have to do everything by hand, which is a bit of a mess, but we manage. We aren't a big corporate headquarters, just a local branch where we handle the day-to-day details. People often call us when they are worried about their cargo or their flights. We try to give them straight answers without any of that fancy talk. It’s a small team of us here. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the late shifts when the planes are landing. Delhi is a huge place, but our little office feels like its own world. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s important to keep the tracks running right. We’ve been in this part of India for a long time now. We enjoy the pace even when it’s stressful and the phones won't stop ringing for hours.
