Our office is situated on Sohna Road in Gurgaon, specifically on the C 27 Southend floor. Gurgaon has changed a lot over the years, and Sohna Road has become a major hub with lots of new buildings and constant traffic. From our windows, we can see the skyline changing almost every month. We operate as both Track India and Stone Travels from this single location. It is a busy place where the phones never seem to stop ringing. We handle a lot of transport and travel arrangements, so there is a constant flow of information about routes and timings. We have a whiteboard where we scrawl down notes and reminders for the day. It’s not a fancy corporate environment; we have mismatched chairs and stacks of old logs that we keep for reference. We usually have a pot of tea going, and someone is always coming in with a new story from the road. We don’t use any polished sales pitches; we just tell people the honest truth about travel times and costs. It can be stressful when the traffic is bad or when a driver gets lost, but we just work through it together. We are a small group of people who have learned to handle the fast pace of Gurgaon life without losing our cool. It is a grounded, hard-working office where the focus is always on making sure the next trip goes as planned.
